Do you remember the fairy tale? In this story, children were led into the woods by their evil step mother. They attempted to drop bread crumbs so that they could find their way back home. Unbeknownst to them, birds devoured the crumbs which created a barrier for them to find their way home. We cannot blame our younger generation for being lost. In this talk we aspire to establish a "genection", a generational connection in which we challenge the older generation to leave bread crumbs so that the younger generation can find their way.
